Yes. Our premier service offers a two-hour appointment window at modest extra cost. You can request this when you ask for a quote.

Simply take a photo of your tiles and send it to info@thelondonmasticcompany.com. We’ll match the colour as closely as we can, depending on availability.

All our craftsmen are employed by the London Mastic Company, they are not freelance contractors. They carry ID that identifies them as an employee and always respect your home.

They also test for Covid regularly and will wear a mask while close to anyone in your household.

We aim to provide an alternative installer whenever possible, and will call to let you know.

If the appointment needs to be rescheduled, we will contact you.

We can complete most mastic installations in one visit.  Just let us know on the quote what you need, or contact us by email: info@thelondonmasticcompany.com

We take care of everything, from removing any residue mastic to cleaning the surfaces before application of new sealant and ensuring everything is left clean after the job is finished.

Yes. We work professionally and swiftly, so your schedule isn’t disrupted. But someone needs to be in the home when our installer visits.

To ensure we reach all our appointments on time, we confine our services to the Greater London Area.  Sorry, we’re unable to take bookings outside this area. You can view our Service Area here.
